Privacy Approach
FH Development Studio is built around practical software, minimal collection, and straightforward communication. Where possible, products are designed to work with limited data handling and without unnecessary third-party services, advertising technology, or invasive tracking.
Information You Share With Us
If you contact FH Development Studio by email or through the inquiry form, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company name, project details, screenshots, device context, and support notes. That information is used only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, or evaluate a potential engagement.
Data Collection
FH Development Studio is designed around minimal data handling. Unless explicitly stated within a product, we do not collect personal information on company-operated external servers beyond what is necessary to support communication, product function, or service continuity.
How Information Is Used
Information shared through support or project inquiries may be used to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, improve product behavior, and communicate about requested services. FH Development Studio does not sell personal information and does not use support inquiries as a source for unrelated marketing outreach.
Legal and Operational Basis
When information is provided directly by a user, it is processed only as needed to respond to that request, provide support, maintain service continuity, or communicate about a requested business inquiry.
FHWebCheck
FHWebCheck stores website URLs entered by the user locally on the device to provide the app's functionality. The app is intended to operate without sending that user-managed monitoring list to company-operated servers, which helps keep the product lightweight and privacy-conscious by default.
FHCams
FHCams is designed to present camera feeds through a cleaner interface while working with a range of camera makes, models, and installation ages. Support requests may include camera names, property labels, screenshots, app settings, and device context when a user chooses to share that information for troubleshooting. That information is used only to investigate the issue, improve product quality, or respond to the request.
FHNetworkMap
FHNetworkMap is designed to help users discover, organize, and review devices on their local network. Device names, local IP addresses, vendor labels, groups, alert preferences, and map settings may be stored on the device so the app can render the network map, device list, and related controls. If a user requests support, they may choose to share screenshots, exported JSON data, device labels, local network details, or settings context for troubleshooting. That information is used only to investigate the issue, respond to the request, or improve product quality.
FHShot
FHShot is a Mac menu bar utility that captures the full screen, a selected area, or a single window and saves each screenshot as a PNG file in a folder the user chooses. Screenshots and the chosen folder location are stored only on the user's Mac. FHShot has no account, collects no analytics or usage data, and runs in the macOS App Sandbox without network access, so it cannot transmit screenshots or any other information. macOS asks the user to grant Screen Recording permission before capture works; that permission is managed by macOS and can be revoked at any time in System Settings. If a user requests support, they may choose to share screenshots or settings context for troubleshooting, and that information is used only to investigate the issue or respond to the request.
FHDarts
FHDarts scores darts thrown at a Bluetooth dartboard and keeps a record of the user's games, players, and statistics. The app connects to the dartboard over Bluetooth only to receive which segment each dart struck; that connection carries no personal information and nothing is sent back out through it. Player names, match history, individual throws, and practice results are stored on the device. If the user is signed in to iCloud, this history is also synced through Apple's CloudKit into the user's own private iCloud database so it is available on their other devices and survives a reinstall. FH Development Studio cannot see or access that private iCloud data, and it is never sent to company-operated servers. Signing out of iCloud stops syncing without deleting anything on the device. FHDarts has no account or sign-up, collects no analytics or usage data, and contains no advertising or tracking. The optional spoken score caller uses on-device speech and does not use the microphone. If a user requests support, they may choose to share screenshots or game details for troubleshooting, and that information is used only to investigate the issue or respond to the request.
Third-Party Services
FH Development Studio products are not built around third-party advertising networks. If a future product version adds analytics, cloud sync, camera-vendor integrations, or another external service, this policy should be updated to describe that change clearly, including what data is involved and why the service is needed.
Website and Hosting Considerations
Like most websites, basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referrer details, or server request data may be processed by the hosting platform or infrastructure providers to keep the site available and secure. FH Development Studio may also record page-view events and form submissions needed to understand demand, route inquiries, and improve support response quality. FH Development Studio does not use this site as a vehicle for invasive tracking, advertising-based profiling, or unnecessary background collection.
Third-Party Infrastructure
Website hosting, DNS, content delivery, email delivery, and related infrastructure may involve established third-party providers. Those providers may process limited technical data required to deliver and secure the service, subject to their own operational policies.
Data Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect business communications and support information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure in every circumstance. Sensitive information should not be sent through public forms unless it is necessary for support.
User Control
Users can manage or remove stored URLs within the app. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored data, subject to device behavior, operating system settings, and backup configuration.

Data Retention
Support emails and inquiry messages may be retained for a reasonable period to maintain support continuity, document prior decisions, and respond to follow-up requests. Website inquiry records and support submissions may also be retained in the FH Development Studio admin workspace for operational continuity. Information is not kept longer than reasonably needed for those purposes.
Children's Privacy
FH Development Studio services are not intentionally directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or our general support channels.
