Services

The app, and everything it needs behind it.

Most app projects turn out to need a server, a dashboard, a way to take payments, and a plan for when the signal drops. We build all of those, and each service below links to an app where you can see it working.

Core Services

Six things we build, usually several at once.

Good projects start with a clear problem and a first working version that's small enough to finish.

We agree up front on what's included, so you know what you're getting before the work starts.

Mobile and Mac Apps

Apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Mac, built to feel at home on each one. We handle the parts people forget, like permissions, app store review, and privacy labels. FHShot is on the Mac App Store, and our iPhone apps include BarCrawl and Mydeas.

Web Apps and Sites

Web apps people sign in to and get work done in, plus the public site that explains the product. Mydeas runs in any browser and installs like an app, next to its own marketing and pricing pages.

Backends, APIs, and Admin Dashboards

The server and database that hold your data, and the screens your staff use to manage it. We set it up so each person sees only what their role needs. Midwest Operations gives the office a full web dashboard and the field crew a phone app, both on one shared API.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Owner Portals

Plans, billing, and a place for your business customers to manage their own account. BarCrawl gives bar owners a portal to claim a listing, choose a subscription tier, and run local ads, with payments handled by Stripe.

Real-time, Offline, and Hardware

Live updates across devices, apps that keep working without a signal, and connections to equipment you already own. FHCams shows feeds from mixed camera brands in one app, Mydeas merges edits made offline, and FHDarts reads throws from a Bluetooth dartboard.

Integrations and Practical AI

Connections to the tools you already use, and AI only where it saves real time. Mydeas imports from Evernote and Notion, offers an API with webhooks, and has AI cleanup and summaries that stay off until you turn them on.

Working Together

Who we work with, and what working together looks like.

The best projects start with an honest conversation about what's included and what can wait.

Who We Work With

Small businesses, founders, and operations teams who need an app and the system behind it, whether that's a customer app, a staff tool, or both.

What You Can Expect

Straight answers, one team for the whole build, and software that stays easy to update after launch.

What a Project Usually Includes

Planning, design, the app, the backend and dashboard, app store submission, support pages, and updates once real people are using it.

How Projects Stay on Track

Decisions get written down, priorities stay visible, and every suggestion ties back to what the business needs, not to what's new.

What Happens Next

We reply, ask a few questions if needed, and suggest which platforms make sense, what has to sit behind the app, and what the first working version should include.

Delivery

How the app and the system behind it get built together.

Enough structure to keep every piece fitting together, without slowing the work down.

01

Plan the First Working Version

Agree on who uses it, which platforms it runs on, what sits behind it, and the smallest version worth launching.

02

Build the Pieces Side by Side

The app, the server, and the admin screens are built together, and you see working parts along the way.

03

Launch, Support, Improve

Submit to the app stores, fix what real use turns up, and keep improving it.

Let’s Talk

Tell us what you're building, or what's slowing your business down.

Whether it's a customer app, a tool for your staff, or an existing product that needs a backend, send a short note. We'll help you sort out what's needed first and what can wait.

Start an Inquiry

A quick inquiry is usually enough to start the conversation and get a response within 1 to 2 business days.
